Once you’ve finalized your custom design, it’s time to place your order. You can secure your build with a 20% deposit or choose to pay the full amount upfront. If needed, financing options are available to make your purchase more flexible.
3. Order Review
After your order is placed, our team of guitar experts will carefully review all the details. This ensures that everything is aligned with your expectations, and we can address any questions or adjustments before the build begins.
4. Build Process
The creation of your custom guitar takes between 7 to 14 weeks. During this time, our skilled luthiers meticulously craft each component to meet your specifications. Please note that changes or cancellations during this phase may be subject to additional fees, as we’ve already begun working on your guitar.
5. Quality Assurance
Once your guitar is built, it undergoes a thorough quality inspection. We check every detail—from the fit and finish to the sound and playability—ensuring it meets our high standards before it leaves our shop.
6. Shipping & Final Payment
You’ll receive a notification once your guitar is ready to ship. Before it’s sent out, the remaining balance of your order will need to be paid in full. From there, we’ll ship your guitar to you, so you can start enjoying your custom-built instrument.
