1. Where do I send my design details and what if I need your help? (two options below)

I’m a PRO: If you already have your drumstick graphic complete and are ready to place your order, just tell purchase the quantity you want. Then, send an email with your completed art file to echo@ariosemusic.com for approval. We will consult you first if any changes are needed before printing. Once we have final approval, we will ship your order in less than 2 weeks via UPS or DHL. (may take less time, depending on quantity)

I’m NEW: If you need help with a design or don’t know what you want, just send us an email and we will have our in-house graphic artist create something just for you. Once you are happy with the design and details, you will then place your order, selecting the quantity you want.

2. Do you offer more drumstick sizes?

Our sticks come standard in our maple 5B model, which is by far the most common drumstick size in the world. Over 95% of our clients use these.

If you want to order a different size stick, the following sizes are available: 7A, ROCK, 5A, 5B, 2B, and 3S (Marching sticks). Just leave a note in the memo section when placing your order as well as in any email communication you have with our customer service dept. The price is the same for all sizes, but the batch cannot contain multiple sizes within the same order.

3. What are the graphic requirements?

Our printing process is a full-color HD process. We can print from a high-rez JPEG, PNG, PDF, or PSD. The higher rez the better. just send an email to us, that’s ok or you may add our Whatsapp or WeChat: 86-18018389989

Material Selection: Choose high-quality wood and other materials that are durable and child-safe.
Crafting the Piano
Cutting and Shaping: Cut the wood to the required dimensions for the piano’s body, keys, and any other components. Carefully shape the pieces to fit together perfectly.
Assembly: Assemble the main structure, ensuring that all parts are securely fastened and that the piano is stable.
Key Mechanism: Install the keyboard mechanism. This step is crucial for the functionality of the piano, ensuring that the keys move smoothly and produce the correct sound when pressed.
Customization
Engraving/Printing: If the design includes custom engravings or printed elements like a logo or artwork, this is typically done after the main structure is assembled but before the final finishing touches.
Artwork and Finishing: Apply any paint, stain, or wrap-around artwork. This step not only adds to the visual appeal of the piano but also protects the wood.
Logo Fee: Only $35 while qty is less than 100 sets. qty is more than 500 sets, logo free.
