1. Où dois-je envoyer mes détails de conception et que se passe-t-il si j'ai besoin de votre aide ? (deux options ci-dessous)

Je suis un pro: Si vous avez déjà votre graphique de pilon complet et que vous êtes prêt à passer votre commande, indiquez simplement à l'achat la quantité que vous souhaitez. Ensuite, envoyez un e-mail avec votre fichier d'art terminé à echo@ariosemusic.com Pour approbation. Nous vous consulterons d'abord si des modifications sont nécessaires avant l'impression. Une fois que nous aurons l'approbation finale, nous expédierons votre commande en moins de 2 semaines via UPS ou DHL. (peut prendre moins de temps, selon la quantité)

Je suis nouveau: Si vous avez besoin d'aide pour un design ou si vous ne savez pas ce que vous voulez, envoyez-nous simplement un e-mail et nous demanderons à notre graphiste interne de créer quelque chose juste pour vous. Une fois que vous êtes satisfait du design et des détails, vous passerez ensuite votre commande en sélectionnant la quantité souhaitée.

2. Offrez-vous plus de tailles de baguettes ?

Nos baguettes sont livrées en standard dans notre modèle en érable 5B, qui est de loin la taille de baguette la plus courante au monde. Plus de 95% de nos clients les utilisent.

Si vous souhaitez commander un bâton de taille différente, les tailles suivantes sont disponibles : 7A, ROCK, 5A, 5B, 2B et 3S (Marching sticks). Laissez simplement une note dans la section mémo lors de votre commande ainsi que dans toute communication par e-mail que vous avez avec notre service client. Le prix est le même pour toutes les tailles, mais le lot ne peut pas contenir plusieurs tailles au sein d'une même commande.

3. Quelles sont les exigences graphiques ?

Notre processus d'impression est un processus HD en couleur. Nous pouvons imprimer à partir d'un JPEG, PNG, PDF ou PSD haute résolution. Plus le rez est élevé, mieux c'est. il suffit d'envoyer un e-mail pour nous, ça va ou vous pouvez ajouter notre Whatsapp ou WeChat : 86-18018389989

Personnalisation
